The concept behind the telescoping stock system is simple: the
shotgun stock is replaced by an adapter, to which standard AR-15
grips and buttstocks, including telescoping stocks, can be reliably
attached. The Mesa Tactical stock adapters are investment cast
aircraft aluminum, which are then CNC
machined before being anodized with a Type III
Class 2 mil-spec finish. Where as most of the other brands are
mostly plastic.

Mesa Tactical LEO kits feature a lower stock elevation for use with
receiver - mounted sight or no sight at all. Our LEO Telescoping
stock kits include the adapter and all necessary hardware. No
Fitting or Gunsmithing is required for installation. An additional
advantage to the LEO stock is that it will fit the new Remington 870
home defense 20Ga. model that is new for 2007. All LEO models accept
the optional stamped steel sling loop and hook loops. The
